Hello,
How and why the https://beautifullmauritusisland.blogspot.com blog was born?
There are many friends or family members who stayed in France, so I thought it would be an excellent way to help them discover the beauties of Mauritius through my travels.
The aim is to review all aspects of Mauritius.
This island has very varied assets.
Its generous climate, allowing swimming all year round, favours tourism. The magnificent hotels, bordering sumptuous beaches and overlooking a lagoon with turquoise waters protected by the coral reef, take full advantage of it.
The assets of the sea are great: scuba diving, snorkeling (mask and tuba) or kitesurfing spots. The marine fauna (dolphins, giant turtles...) is also very attractive.
But it's not just the coast that makes Mauritius happy. The island also offers lush landscapes in its heart. Botanical Garden in Pamplemousse, Chamarel and the Earth of the 7 colours are a good example of this. Surprising walks allow you to appreciate the island differently.
Mauritius' economic transformation is also clearly visible. From an essentially agricultural past, the shift towards the future of Hi-Tech 2.0 has begun.
Well, we don't forget the present with a rum that is starting to become of very good quality, but to drink in moderation of course!!
I will therefore have enough to feed many articles which, I hope, will also make it possible to make the island's ethnic and cultural diversity, encompassing the island in an enchanting serenity.
Whenever possible, some articles will be translated into English. I'll even dare to write some of them in Creole Mauritian! I'm sure they'll be pretty short, but the immersion will pass through there.
I'm sure it will please my friends and faculty buddies. And then it will allow me to keep in touch with the students of the schools of Froges.I will therefore have enough to feed many articles which, I hope, will also make it possible to make the island's ethnic and cultural diversity, encompassing the island in an enchanting serenity.
Whenever possible, some articles will be translated into English. I'll even dare to write some of them in Creole Mauritian! I'm sure they'll be pretty short, but the immersion will pass through there.
Yves.
Et surtout, ne jamais oublier :
Il vaut mieux être à l'Ile Maurice
que chez Maurice à Lille
